The iFish Group (IFG) is one of this year’s Sacramento Business Journal’s (SBJ) 2021 Best Places to Work. We are proud to have improved our ranking in the small business category climbing to #3 from last year’s #12 spot. This award honors Sacramento-based organizations where voices are heard, cultures are thriving, and employees are engaged. Employees of nominated companies were asked to answer a series of questions that measure employee engagement in six categories, including teamwork, trust, compensation, and benefits.
